EXCLUSIVE ALL-INCLUSIVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • All Members of groups, families or couples are required to participate in the Exclusive all-inclusive package together.

  • Food and Beverages will be served to you in your lounge chair or daybed by our excellent wait staff or while you dine at one of our two restaurants. (No Buffet).

  • Towel Rental not available.

  • Transportation not included. Taxi service readily available at most ports and locations in Cozumel. Taxis are also on stand-by at the beach for departures.

  • For sanitary reasons, the use of the pool is restricted to children that are not potty trained. The use of swim diapers is prohibited. We provide inflatable kid pools to be used around the pool area.

Tips for good service are not included but are greatly appreciated by our dedicated staff.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will receive a 100% deposit refund up to 12 hours before check in. (8 pm of the day before arrival). After that Deposits are non-refundable.

If you are traveling on a Cruise Ship, and your ship is not able to dock in Cozumel, you will receive a 100% deposit refund.

In the event of changes in your ships' itinerary, if there is availability on the date of your change, your reservations will still be honored. Please contact us directly at reservations@paradise-beach-cozumel.com or Call 011 (52) 987 689 0010, to change the booking date or to request a refund.
