Are towels available at Paradise Beach?
We don't supply towels, please bring your own. If you prefer, you can purchase one at our Paradise Beach boutique.
Is fun pass included in the exclusive all inclusive package?
No, Fun Pass is available for purchase at check-in for an additional $18 US per person. It gives you access to our floating water park, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, and water hammocks.
Does paradise beach have a pharmacy?
Yes, Paradise Beach has a fully licensed pharmacy. You can inquire at pharmacy@paradise-beach-cozumel.com. We have the best prices in town!
Are life jackets available?
Yes, of course, with the purchase of our Fun Pass!
How do we get to and from Paradise Beach?
Getting to Paradise Beach is super easy! Just take a taxi outside the cruise ship terminal. It’s only a short 10-15 min ride, and a taxi for 1-4 people is around $16 US each way. We also have taxis waiting here all day ready to bring you back to your cruise ship.
What time does Paradise Beach open?
We are open 365 days a year from 8 am - 6 pm.
Do I need a reservation for Paradise Beach?
Our Exclusive All Inclusive package is available to book on our website! We recommend booking in advance to ensure your spot in Paradise, but it’s not required.
Is there a non-all-inclusive option at Paradise Beach
There is the possibility that on the day you're traveling, Paradise Beach might be sold out with Exclusive All Inclusive customers, so we really encourage you to book your spot in advance on our website. However, on certain days when we are not sold out, there's an à la carte option for a $10 US entrance fee with a minimum consumption of $10 US per person to use our facilities. This includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, pool, free wifi, restrooms, and showers.
What’s included in the $18 US Fun Pass?
Full snorkel equipment, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, our famous water park with slides, water trampolines, climbable iceberg, water hammocks, and beach floats are all included!
Does Paradise Beach offer massages?
Yes, we offer heavenly massages at our beach.
Are henna tattoos and hair braiding available?
Yes, they are both available on-site.
Does paradise beach accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Are there lockers available for rent?
Yes, we offer lockers for rent. They are $4 US per unit with a $20 US deposit.
Can you snorkel at Paradise Beach?
As Paradise Beach is a natural sand beach, corals are not found immediately offshore. There are usually fish and other marine life found by our pier.
Is Paradise Beach family friendly?
We have families, couples, and singles… Everybody is welcome at Paradise Beach!
What’s the drinking age in Mexico?
Legal drinking age is 18.
Are changing rooms and showers available?
Yes, both are available at no charge.
