If you are visiting from Cancun or Riviera Maya you need to go to Playa del Carmen’s ferry pier and take the ferry to Cozumel. Once in Cozumel, take a taxi to Paradise Beach. It is about a 20 min ride from town and the rates are around $16 US for 1 to 4 people, $21 US for 5 people and $32 US for a van for up to 8 people each way.
