Cancelling your booking is very simple.
Go to paradisebeachcozumel.com and click on "My Bookings".
Login with your email and reservation number. You can find your reservation number on your booking confirmation email. Click “continue.”
You will see the "Cancel" button next to your reservation details. Click “Cancel,” then provide a brief reason for your cancellation. Click “Cancel and request refund".
That's it! Your booking has been successfully cancelled and you will receive a confirmation email for the refund to your credit card or PayPal account.
The same payment method you used to book will be refunded automatically. Processing time varies between banks.
If you selected your cruise line and cruise ship during your booking process and your cruise ship is not able to dock in Cozumel, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and 100% refunded.
